WILLIAM ANDERSON PHOTOGRAPHY

Reflection, Vancouver, 2011, archival Pigment Inkjet Print on Rag Paper, 22 x 48" Ed of 12

The talented William Anderson is one of Winsor Gallery's very own artists whose work explores ideas of beauty and the elements we don't often associate with it as well as our interaction with the environment we are in.

Anderson used to work with large format cameras and alternative printing methods for over 25 years and has now produced his recent work with digital gear. The influence of all those years of working in analogue is definitely visible in these works - the layering of different elements and the exploration thereof- the end results are at the same time very contemporary.
