Diem Chau creates tiny sculptures by carving up the waxy crayons that children everywhere still hold dear. This work in particular takes a turn around the alphabet, pairing letters and figures in similar hues: A is for aardvark, B is for boy, and so on. The project is fun, bright, and absolutely charming: a definite pick-me up for those Monday blues.
