NATIONAL GALLERY OF CANADA RECENT ACQUISITIONS
Luke Parnell's A Brief History of Northwest Coast Design was acquired by the National Gallery last year and was part of the Shine A Light Canadian Art Biennial. Hosted at the National Gallery, the Biennial is a way for the gallery to highlight new acquisitions into the collection. The Ottawa Citizen highlights some of the more interesting works that have been acquired, including Parnell's work.
